Our excellent Anti Riot Suit covers most of the body and gives the maximum protection to the user. It can bear hard knocks and disperse the any potential shocks. The Sarkar Anti Riot Suit has passed shock and penetration tests successfully and is currently in use in dozens of Police Forces around the world. The suit is also anti-stab, fire-retardant, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant.

The suit can be adjusted to fit heights of 165cm-190cm by Velcro and buckle straps. The main difference in the sizes is in the lengths of Elbow, Arm, Knee and Shin protectors.
For Medium, the elbow and arm protector is 38cm long and the knee and shin protecor is 60cm,
For Large its 41cm and 63 cm and
For XL its 44cm and 66cm.

Flexibility:
Sarkar Anti-riot Suit can provide flexible body actions with easy wearing and removal. The wearer can still perform all his normal duties with the suit on.
Temperature testing:
Consistant Performance at -20?C to +55?C +/-2?C with a relative humidity below 98% for four hours.
Resistance capability:

Anti-stab testing:
It can not be pierced using a dagger at any point of the chest, back or groin of the anti-riot suit. Upto 1999 N of static pressure was applied for 1 minute(>=20J).
Anti-wallop in the key parts:
The anti-riot suit was not damaged and no flaw was recorded when using a steel ball of 5.8kg to impulse the chest and arms continuously from a height 220cm (>=120J).
Flame-resistance:
The anti-riot suit did not melt or burn when a Bunsen Burner Flame was held at the the chest plate of the suit for 1 minute. Blaze will automatically go out within 5 minutes.

a.External construction
Sarkar anti riot suit is consists of 10 parts.The armor in chest, thighs, shoulder and elbows are made of PC industrial plastics. The other parts are of made of high intensity materials. Outside fabric is woven nylon in black.
b.Internal construction:
3 layes of protection: Anti-stab layer, buffer protective layer and liner layer.The buffering layer for the front chest and back parts are made of aramid. There are also special reinforments within the anti-stab layer for the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and groin.
